How to Book
your villa in Italy
To reserve a Villa, first check, with us, the availability of the property required, then send us your reservation request.
We will then send you the Booking Forms, terms and conditions and reservation details, the property will then be held for you for 3 days. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within three days by returning the signed booking form and proof of payment. A 40% deposit is payable upon booking.
Balance is due 50 days prior arrival. Bookings made less than 50 days before the start of the rental period must be paid in full at the time of booking. On receipt of payment, we will confirm your reservation.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Bank transfer
- Visa & MasterCard (2% surcharge applies)
- Personal cheque (UK Residents only)
- Switch & Solo Debit cards (Free of Charge - UK Residents only) |
